If You are not satisfied with the quality of the Goods or if they are faulty or damaged You may return the Goods for repair, exchange or refund at the discretion of Olrik Denmark in accordance with the following:
(a) notification must be given by You to Olrik Denmark within 24 hours of receipt of the Goods. That notification must include details of the nature of the quality issue, flaw or damage and the Goods must be returned to Olrik Denmark within three days of Your notification;
(b) notification to Olrik Denmark must be made by email to support@olrikdenmark.com at which time You will be provided with a "Returns ID Number";
(c) Your Returns ID Number and appropriate proof of purchase by way of credit card statement, Olrik Denmark email order confirmation or delivery docket must be provided when returning Goods;
(d) returns must be made utilising Olrik Denmark approved courier or shipping services and a courier authorisation number obtained from support@olrikdenmark.com to:

(e) if Goods are being returned from outside Australia it is essential for You to clearly note on the courier's dispatch or consignment note that the Goods are being returned for replacement to avoid the possibility of additional customs duty or taxes being charged;
(f) provided the returns process is followed Olrik Denmark will meet all associated transport costs and will then either refund the purchase price in full, repair or replace the Goods as soon as is reasonably practicable;
(g) if Olrik Denmark agrees to refund the purchase price to You the refund will only be credited to the credit card account used in connection with the original purchase order and will be processed by Olrik Denmark within fourteen days of return;
(h) replacement of goods is subject to availability of the same item and style and repair of goods will be undertaken at the cost of Olrik Denmark and in accordance with the same delivery terms as for purchases and at the cost of Olrik Denmark;
(i) returns cannot be made or accepted directly through any Olrik Denmark retail store.
